(owner seller has the option to lower its price to the express condition that they inform Alizé Navy and leave within 48 hours of the event or bring a navy Alizé buyer at the new price. The seller is prohibited by his signature to fix a final selling price lower than the last price agreed with Alizé Marine in this case)
So in this case, the Alizé Marine commission of 3% of the final selling price; Alizé Marine will then draft the agreement to sell and purchase, the organization of expertise, drafting bills of sale and transfer of property, various administrative tasks and delivery of the boat.
And, of course, in the case of a sale by Alizé Marine with a buyer found by him, the commission will be 10% of the sale price.
